IAJFTH publishes high quality refereed articles that advance the knowledge base of the tourism and hospitality field. The journal seeks to publish conceptual and empirical research that has a solid theoretical foundation which contributes to the development of tourism and hospitality industry, heritage, museum studies, archeology and guidance tourism fields 

Articles should exhibit excellence in scholarship and make significant and relevant contributions to the field. Possible directions include structuring a new problem domain, providing new insights about a problem being studied, or illustrating a unique use of methodology. Articles should be written clearly and concisely

IAJFTH is an international journal and welcomes submissions from both Egypt and abroad. To promote the exchange of current and innovative ideas, it includes a Research Notes and Industry Viewpoints Section. The journal accepts papers written in English, French or German 

IAJFTH Strategic Objectives  

The strategic objectives of the journal are to

1- Improve the IAJFTH standard to match the valued/esteemed history of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management (FTH) – Helwan University. 
2- Apply advanced technological systems in managing the journal functions.
